An accomplished and strategic Managing Director with over 23 years years of leadership experience in the waste management and alternative fuels sector. Proven expertise in developing circular economy solutions, managing end-to-end fuel supply chains, and delivering sustainable, commercially viable routes for waste-derived fuels including RDF, SRF, and biomass-based feedstocks.
Warren combines deep industry knowledge with a hands-on approach to operational execution, regulatory compliance, and financial structuring. A passionate advocate for decarbonisation through innovative waste-to-energy and resource recovery models, delivering scalable solutions to EfW operators, industrial heat users, and international off takers.

Over 20 years working in the biomass sector and 8 years promoting small scale EfW plants. This has involved working in the waste sector for the last 10 years which has provided me with a good understanding of waste materials from waste wood to RDF and SRF with connections at all of the major national waste companies together with the medium to large independent firms.
Over this period, I've been involved in many biomass projects and small scale EfW projects which has involved sourcing the fuel for them. This has given me with the tools (and connections) to thrive at Waste Fuels and Recycling Ltd.
